Our Story 

In 2006, Stacy Phillips founded what would eventually become Milkbarn. Inspired by her seven-month-old son and fueled by an artistic spirit, Stacy began sewing baby bibs at her family's farmhouse kitchen table, which soon transformed into her first design studio. 

What began with handcrafted accessories quickly grew into a thoughtfully curated collection of apparel, nursery essentials, blankets, toys, and children's books. From the very beginning, Milkbarn has remained committed to creating timeless products that celebrate childhood while bringing comfort, beauty, and imagination into everyday moments. 

Today, Milkbarn's signature artwork is created by Stacy's daughter, Haley. Every original print is hand drawn and hand painted, ranging from realistic nature-inspired illustrations to whimsical storybook characters. Haley also illustrates Milkbarn's beloved collection of children's books, creating a seamless connection between our products and the stories families cherish together. 

Every collection is thoughtfully designed to inspire wonder, encourage storytelling, and celebrate the magic of childhood. 

Understanding Our Collections 

CORE Collection 

Our CORE Collection is the heart of Milkbarn. 

These carefully selected prints are available year-round and are continually replenished, making them ideal everyday staples for your store. Each CORE print coordinates with one of Milkbarn's signature children's books, creating beautiful merchandising opportunities that encourage multiple-item purchases.

Seasonal Collections 

Twice each year, Milkbarn introduces a brand-new Seasonal Collection: 

Each collection is inspired by a unique theme, bringing together coordinating prints, colors, and silhouettes that create beautiful in-store displays. 

Unlike our CORE Collection, Seasonal Collections are limited. Once inventory sells through, these prints are generally not reproduced, making them special for customers and encouraging early purchasing.
