Shipping policy
Shipping Cost:
No matter the number of items purchased, all orders meeting our free shipping minimum will receive complimentary shipping for all locations within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
If you do not meet the minimum for free shipping, we provide a simple, flat rate of $7.95 via USPS for all locations within the United States.
Processing Time:
From the time we receive your order, we’ll strive to complete everything within 24-48 hours (Monday through Friday). Often times we will be able to process your order the same day. You will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. You will receive another email once your order has been completed and is on its way.
We package and ship your treasures from our warehouse in Petersburg, Tennessee.
Shipment Notifications:
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive another email notification that your order has shipped. With this completed order email you will also receive tracking information.
