Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not apply to final sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@milkbarnkids.com. Our Customer Care team will guide you through every step of the process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns may be charged a restocking fee at Milkbarn's discretion. If package is returned to the Milkbarn Warehouse, re-shipment may be charged a shipping fee at our discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards or on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Any product must be new, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags and packaging. A full refund will be issued in the form of a Milkbarn shop credit. Once we receive your items, you will be given a special gift code that will never expire and can be used toward any of our treasures.
