We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that Final Sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for return. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging included.

Returns will be refunded as a Milkbarn shop credit. Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a special gift code that never expires.

  • Step 1: Locate Order Number

  • Step 2: Contact Customer Care

    Please contact our Customer Care to confirm your item(s) can be returned. Send us a message via email or call us at (800) 269-3512.

  • Step 3: Return Items

    Once you receive confirmation your items can be returned, you will receive a shipping label with instructions to return your item(s) to us.

  • Step 4: Your Refund Will Be Issued

    Once we receive your items, a full refund will be issued in the form of a Milkbarn shop credit. We'll provide you a special gift code that will never expire and can be used toward any of our treasures.
