This Privacy Policy describes how MILKBARN, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal and business information when you communicate with us, including through text messaging (SMS/MMS) using RingCentral, and when you engage with our wholesale services.

This Policy applies to:

  • Text message communications with Retail and Wholesale customers
  • Wholesale account registration, ordering, invoicing, and account management

Retail e-commerce customers remain subject to our main website Privacy Policy where applicable.

Scope of Text Messaging Use

Milkbarn uses text messaging only for direct, business-related communication. We do not operate a marketing, promotional, or subscription-based SMS program.

Text messages are sent only in response to customer inquiries or for necessary account-related follow-ups within an existing business relationship.

Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

What We Do NOT Use Text Messaging For

Milkbarn does not use text messaging for:

  • Automated mass messaging
  • Sharing or selling mobile numbers to third parties for marketing purposes

If Milkbarn ever decides to introduce promotional or marketing text messaging, this Policy will be updated accordingly prior to implementation.

Service Providers & Data Sharing

We may share information with trusted service providers solely to support our business operations, including:

  • RingCentral (SMS and communications services)
  • NuORDER (wholesale ordering platform)
  • Payment processors
  • Shipping and logistics partners

These providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and may not use it for marketing or unrelated purposes.

Milkbarn does not sell personal information or mobile numbers.

Security & Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No system can be guaranteed to be fully secure. Information is retained only as long as necessary for business, legal, or accounting purposes.
